The food was good but we did a DoorDash pickup and was give a time it was 40 mins past the time we were given. My mom went to get it and no one knew what they were doing. The young lady kept asking for the ticket so she could give us our order. Whoever was working the tickets was not doing their job

We were missing our drinks. I had 5 pc tenders, and 2 of them were very thin and overcooked; they were so hard that they were inedible, and 1 of the tenders wasn't even a whole tender. They crammed the pies and our fries into the same small bag, and there was cinnamon all over our fries, which were smashed. The pies were undercooked and inedible. I will never order from this store again.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich4Pc Signature Chicken Combo
The food was horrible, and the chicken sandwich was hard and dry.
4pc chicken combo was old chicken, not the right order. The only part of the chicken combo was the orange drink.

Food not fresh at all u can tell its old it super hard and they put a chicken tender on the bread instead of the actual Classic Chicken Sandwich patty,my saice also had a hole in it.

The biscuit was hard not edible they never gave you the sauce that you pay extra for the chicken tenders aren't crispy and they're kind of rubbery the hard to pull apart. They don't seem fresh. They're very bland. I would not order again.
