Usually spot on, however this time first world problems I ordered no pickles imagine my surprise when they put pickles on my sandwich, the red beans and rice were delicious I'll give them another try next week

The flavor of the chicken is among the best, however the quality of the pieces was what dropped the rating. One of the breasts was visibly mangled and missing most of the meat (barely more than a third of the size of an average breast). They seal the bag with tape so delivery persons aren't allowed to quality check the food before delivery. You would think that the workers would make certain that these type of orders are done well so the delivery company that they partner with doesn't get a poor rating. Thankfully, the two delivery services I rely on for food and small grocery orders both have separate satisfaction ratings.

I don't get the Classic Chicken Sandwiches but I wanted to try them out but didn't know they would be kinda sloppy and thrown together, the pickles were falling off and it was too much mayo also the buns were soggy but the Red Beans & Rice were good and hot

I got two pieces of white meat that were tough. It's supposed to be a leg and thigh. The Shrimp Tackle Box was overcooked. Received a frozen lemonade instead of iced.
