Everything was delicious and fresh. Big Box Signature Chicken was just the right portions.Spicy Chicken Sandwich was amazing as usual and the Cinnamon Apple Pie was to die for! Warm and gooey with right amount of crisp in the crust. This store (in Orange) is the absolute best!!

The chicken was fried in old grease. The skin was dark and oily and tasted like it'd been sitting all day. The chicken was delivered luke warm. In one order they gave me a leg, thigh & breast, and in the other order they gave me a leg & two thighs. None of it was fresh. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Horrible wings. Not crispy at all and they were rubbery. They also didn't taste fresh. Every time I bit into one, I'de get a piece of chicken skin that was so rubbery that it would literally stretch. Out of the 12, I was only able to eat 3. I also didn't get the correct sauce either. I'll stick with KFC.

Got the two four pieces. I got 1 breast, 4 legs, 3 thighs. So 7 pieces dark. I understand the pieces can vary and not distributed evenly... but 7 dark with no wings was disappointing. Especially the 4 legs which are far and away my least favorite. The quality was fine as always and the sandwiches were great.

So good! I've ordered from this location a few times and it's has been exactly what I was expecting. The chicken tenders are super crispy and the mac and cheese is soo good!
