Love chicken tenders with ranch dressing. The biscuits were fresh and enjoyable. I also got a four piece of chicken it tasted great too.

I ordered a 2 piece spicy, and the chicken was very dry, and the skin was hard. my biscuit was so hard, it felt like a rock. I paid too much for the quality of food that I received, and this is my first time ever to California.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I will never order from the Glendale location again, they are absolutely careless. Sandwiches were mushy and barely crunchy. Pieces of chicken and chicken tinders were cold, and they gave us fewer shrimp than was advertised in the Surf and Turf meal. I ordered 2 sides of fries and they only gave me 1. I also paid an extra 2 dollars for blackened ranch and instead they gave me buttermilk.

12Pc Signature Chicken arrived wet. The bag , the box, the chicken was so wet there were water droplets on box lid which had also collasped from being saturated. The chicken box shld hv 4 of each, breast, thigh, wing, leg. No wings and 5 legs so short one piece. The chicken coating was gummy from steaming. The chicken was bland, unseasoned. How is that possible. I hv had several big problems with orders from this store. This the last time I'll spend crazy money for crappy food.

I ordered wings and 4 sauces but never got the sauces and I was shorted wings not all the boxes had the correct amount of wings I got about 16 not 24
