I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with this order. I spent $74. We ordered a few things for our kids and a wings and sandwich bundle that was supposed to come with two sandwiches and orders of wings. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were missing from the order.
Not only was it frustrating to spend that much and not receive a full meal, but it also threw off dinner plans for the night. I understand mistakes happen, but for the price point and the fact that these were main items, it was really upsetting.
I hope this feedback helps improve order accuracy in the future, especially for families or larger orders. A little extra care goes a long way.

This is a bad location. Open less than a year. I've done drive thru twice and both times they "forgot" part of my order. Tonight a simple order took an hour to receive. Tonight was at least correct but this location has proven they're neither fast food nor convenient. Three strikes and you're out. Bummer too; we finally get a new restaurant in town and it ends up becoming one of the worst. I'll stick with KFC going forward.

chicken hard like sitting there for a while. not even juicy like it usually is. forgot to sauce my ghost pepper wings came plain and dry . only ended up eating my fries.

Tenders were supposed to be spicy. They aren't. Ordered extra ranch dipping sauce. Didn't get ANY ranch dipping sauce. Not even what was supposed to come - not to mention the extra that I paid for.
