Items were missing from order . Everything was pre-packaged and sealed so this is the restaurant and not the delivery person.

I had the 2Pc Signature Chicken Meal Deal . The chicken pieces were good size but both had been under the heating lamp too long causing the skin and the meat to have hard and dried out sections.
PLEASE!!! remember to make sure that you are not selling dried out pieces.

Normally, a 4pc combo includes a breast, thigh, leg, and a wing of decent size. Some variety is ok, but this time, I received three small wings and a thigh in one order, and all wings in the other. I'm Very dissatisfied with this, and I would not order if this is the result to be expected. It is also slightly over cooked.

The chicken was spicy when I ordered classic so we couldn't eat it at all. The red beans and rice were too spicy so we couldn't eat that and the frozen lemonade was not frozen. It just had ice cubes in it.

My chicken looks very old and the biscuit is very hard. The coleslaw look like potato salad not happy.
