My order was so disappointing that I will never order from them/ this location ever again. Sending out old food orders is absolutely unacceptable. I've given them a second chance to no avail. The sales clerk who packaged this order with this old chicken that looked light brown on the inside and so hard you couldn't even digest it. The coleslaw was equally bad. It tasted like a lettuce slaw with an old tasting flavor. This store location should be ashamed of what was sent out on this order and whoever is managing this location should be fired immediately. I would NEVER order from here again.

This is the worst Popeyes in Manhattan. They never get the order right and the food tastes awful. If you live in Harlem and want Popeyes order from the one on 116th Street. It's the best one in the city -- consistently accurate and good.

I am not able to pick what part of the classic 2pc chicken I want, I don't see an option in the choosing. I keep receiving Brest that I don't like. The food is goood anyway .
