The 12 PC wings are not whole wings they're wingettes, they weren't honey bbq they were wingettes in a box with drizzled sauce on top, the soda was seltzer when I ordered Fanta strawberry. They hadn't changed the flavor to the soda machine so it tasted like water. The meal was not worth $21 more like a corner chicken spot combo for $10. This was just an absolute no for me.

I know its fast food. But it matters ensuring the food is cooked and served correctly. All both of my red beans and rice was mushy nor did you give sufficient beans with rice. It was mostly rice with no beans so made taste less appealing since rice was not cooked properly.

They called me to let me know that I had to change order due to them not have the items as stated on the app. I spoke with a woman and we changed the order around . When the order arrived nothing that we spoke about was here. My six piece bbq wings is not here my sandwich's are not here my extra fries are not here. My apple cran is now a mango lemonade which I'm okay with. Never order from 163rd Popeyes . Usually get my orders from tremont Popeyes.

I ordered the buy one get one free they only sent one order and the chicken was dry and appeared to be old chicken
