Their Spicy Fried Chicken is consistently good.
BUT, I ordered 6 Extra Biscuits and was charged for the extra biscuits but they were not included in the delivery! Someone goofed at the store. Store#4851. Order #26. Mobile Delivery Order at 9:51 PM. 4 Pc Spicy Combo Dlv, regular mash and gravy, sm diet Coke.

The chicken was chewy and undercooked, which raised concerns about whether it was even safe to eat. On top of that, the fries were rubbery, soggy, and tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a long time. Second time I haven't been satisfied with this Popeyes and will not be ordering again

Rice and beans came with no rice. Spicy chicken wasn't spicy. No napkins or utensils to eat with. Extremely overpriced for such terrible service.

They are abominably tiny and they're all breading.
The garlic parmesan sauce doesn't even stick to them.

It was late at night and this was obviously leftover chicken, I wasn't fresh and was a lil dry, didn't have the normal spicy taste it was bland coming from a popeyes
