The signature chicken and red beans and rice were very flavorful. It tasted great as always. It was delivered to us fresh and hot. Thank you so much would order it again.

The 6Pc Bone-In Wings Combo taste was not good at all . The wings tasted old and left horrible after taste in my mouth I was only able to eat 1 wing from the 6pc combo and the mash potatoes were terrible. The freshness of the food was 0/10 I will never order from here again.

The food had fallen through the individual bags as they were so wet that they ripped apart. Mac n cheese was missing, and we received none of the additional sauces we paid for. The food was mushy.

I was worried about ordering due to other locations not always having the best food (either super cold or just not fresh) this was my first time ordering from the Franklin location and I would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you all for doing your best!
