Chicken was crispy and fresh. Would have given a heart but rice was undercooked.

I received my 4 piece chicken meal and was quite disappointed. Two of the pieces (50% of order) were small wings. I also ordered rice and beans. The rice tasted either old or not fully cooked. The biscuit was cold and hard also. Finally, the driver or store forgot my drink. This is supposed to be a brand new store. Very disappointed how they don't care about a delivery order. I would've complained immediately if I was dining in. I absolutely love Popeyes but cannot recommend this store.

everything looked like it was sitting for a week and the Mac just looked like juicy cheese with no noodles. the only good thing was my sprite
