the food was pretty good but the part I liked most is that they gave me an extra chicken sandwich because apparently the order was late and I didn't even realize

The chicken was burnt/dry and very hard not crisp like it should. The box of fries was half full. Usually the box is full. And mixing biscuits. My family and I usually order from here once per month and this is the worst meal we have had from there.

Everything was pretty bad. Chicken was dry/rubbery and mashed potatoes had a bad taste like something left in a fridge uncovered. There was practically no Mac in the Mac n cheese side. Fries tasted old too.

I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fried Pickles, absolutely disgusting! Dry as hell chicken looks burned same with the pickles not consumable super hard to chew, gave it a few bites and honestly lost my appetite it's disgusting never eating from here again.

Homestyle Mac & Cheese arrived and once we opened it, you could tell it had been sitting under a heat light for a long time. It also tasted old and was an odd brown color. We looked forward to the sandwiches, but to our disappointment, those were both burnt and tasted like they'd been fried in old grease. Only thing edible was the fries. I haven't had any issues in the past with Popeyes but I definitely won't order from this location again.
