popeye's always does a great job!!! the chicken is dynamite!!!! mac n cheese is like a couple bonding!!! red beans n rice is awesome!!!!

I have always been a fan of popeyes, but as of lately, I can taste the quality of the food becoming weaker and less worth the price increase. the chicken is smaller, the biscuit is less buttery, the chicken tender is more dry. the chicken sandwich is not as plump and juicy as it used to be.

Definitely not what it used to be. The Shrimp Tackle Box Combo was mostly breading and very little shrimp. The 5Pc Tenders Combo was the same, very little actual chicken and mostly breading. The Regular Red Beans & Rice were good, and if I had ordered a large, that would have been all I ate. We didn't die from the food, so that's good, but I probably won't order from there again.

12Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal was cold and greasy, we received regular chicken instead of spicy so it was bland. mostly breasts were received.

I'm really kind of bummed- I'm not sure what is going on, the food appeared cooked well (not over or under done) but the taste of the oil was overpowering. Like it's rancid oil or something. I couldn't eat my sandwich or the cheese bites- and I've had both before and loved them- so something is off today...
