Im addicted! The tenders are almost always super crispy which is amazing, the Mac and cheese is ALWAYS literally perfect! Love love love!

Poor quality food preparation and presentation. Tenders were small, popcorn shrimp carelessly thrown in with fries, order was incomplete, no care taken to be sure order was correct. I fault Popeyes for all this.

This store keeps going downhill. They already don't provide napkins or utensils even when asked for. They never get my order right either. This is my 4th time ordering a large red beans and rice and receiving a small one. Also it's all rice and no beans. Please do better.

I couldn't eat that food. chicken was greasy, There were no beans in the red beans and rice, it was only gravy with about 5 or 6 specks of rice. Biscuit was hard and soda was flat.

Over a year ago Popeyes changed the breading for their chicken. It changed the whole way the way it tastes. It's bland. I stopped eating it for a while but tried it again, hoping they returned to their original style. I was very disappointed.
I tried to use the customer comment website and it was not working.
