Food was good, but poorly packaged. Also, when a customer requests certain pieces of chicken, please give them what they asked for. I did not order white meat, yet that is what I got.

Third times a charm (not). I've given Popeyes on South Florida Rd. three chances across the 10 years I've lived here in Lakeland, and all three times terrible. Ordered a 3-piece combo and it came with the three smallest pieces of chicken ever. The chicken was fried in dirty grease (and overcooked), just like the last two times. Popeyes doesn't allow special instructions, so I gambled with three piece that one would be a breast- nope. I've eaten Popeyes in four states and never had such garbage food as here in Lakeland. I almost forgot, the rice either was way under cooked or really old, tossed it out. Avoid this Popeyes location.

The new chicken dippers are basically just the scraps of the leftover tendons. Most didn't have actual meat inside of them. There were weird chunks with white on it and what seemed dried out and old. Also the bags were not completely sealed properly and it was partially opened as you can see from the pictures. The mashed potatoes servings are small for being priced at almost bucks and tasted like they were basically straight from a box.

Everything was perfect! I got to try Wings & Sandwiches Bundle the Honey Lemon Pepper and Signature Hot are some of the best sauces I got the buy 1 get 1 free 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings the new LTO and Sweet & Spicy were amazing. Cole Slaw was the worst usually Popeyes is the only place that does not disappoint with their Cole Slaw but I couldn't even swallow the first bite.

The Wings 2 Can Dine meal was perfect, it came fresh, hot and worth every penny , this is the better alternative for the 3 pc meal , you get more !!! Thankyou I'm definitely ordering again
