Ordered two chicken sandwiches through DoorDash and received chicken tenders on a bun instead. The bun was hard, and the tenders were small and didn’t even stay on the sandwich—everything fell apart when trying to eat it. I’ve never had this happen with any Popeyes order before. Extremely poor quality and a very frustrating experience. Definitely not what I expected.

Wings were supposed to be tossed in BBQ... wasn't even enough sauce to completely cover the wings. You all forgot the drink. Drums weren't completely cooked through, only the flats were. Overall 4/10.

The chicken was extremely overcooked!🤨. Looked and tasted like it was fried a second time. The sauce was HORRIBLE!
