The Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo was good I didn't expect to receive very little Cajun fries as the regular size it was. I also ordered the Regular Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy but unfortunately was not given a spoon for it or napkins which are always essential. Over all the taste of the food was good! Thank you!

3pc chicken tenders were literally only breading I had a 3pc of breading chips and 1 out of 3 of the Mac n cheese sides we had was only halfway full compared to the other 2. I understand it's not early in the day but bottom of the barrel leftovers was very disappointing esp for the price :(

Imagine being forced to choose and pay extra for sauce and never getting the sauce. Food was also not worth the price compared to alternatives. Got the fries purely for the promotion and they gave me around 10 tiny fries total smashed at the bottom of the bag. Sandwich and biscuit were alright.

I got a wing and sandwich bundle. I ordered as part of that x2 spicy chicken sandwiches, x1 signature hot wings and x1 sweet and spicy wings, x1 large Mac and cheese, a biscuit, and x1 Popeyes sauce and x1 ranch. The packaging came unsealed on the bag completely open for possible tampering. Only 1 sandwich was spicy, the other was original, not spicy. Both wings had no sauce coated on them at all, just the tiniest bit of sauce on the bottom of the boxes. The Mac and cheese was regular size, not large, which is especially upsetting considering I paid an extra $1 for the mac and cheese. I did not receive any Popeyes sauce but instead 3 ranch's. The only thing somewhat ok was the biscuit. Order was extremely incorrect and disappointing in both quality and order fulfillment.

I ordered an 8 piece, mixed chicken. I only got thighs, 2 legs and a wing. There were no breasts and only 1 wing. I did not order only dark meat. I would have rathered they cancelled my order than send me the last of what was left. The fries were cold and the large red beans and rice was half full and soupy. The order of shrimp were put in the container they use for the sides and with the plastic lid, it made the shrimp soggy and inedible.
