I love the sandwiches and chicken, but they take fooooooorrrrrrrrrever whether you go to the store or get delivery. They also make at least one error per order (entire items wrong, forgot sauces, forgot drinks, etc.) I will keep ordering because it's good, but they need some lessons from chick-fil-a on how to run a restaurant.

The most disgusting food I ever purchase. chicken2Pc Signature Chicken Combo and 3Pc Signature Chicken was hard as hell. meat looked and tasted old..Mac n cheese had hard dried up cheese on top. Just nasty and a waste of $43. never again. Just go to the grocery store.

Both sandwiches had very thin/deformed chicken patty. Very disappointed in quality. I order from this store regularly and this is the first time I've had this issue. Usually a plump/juicy piece of chicken. If it was only on one sandwich I would have chalked it up as anomaly. But since both were very thin/deformed I decided to write a review.

ordered a 2 piece whIle working, it was so old and burned, dried until shriveled. it was also all coating and almost no chicken.Now I remember why I don't order from Popeyes anymore. Need a "hated it" button.
