The 8 piece signature meal was below par. The pieces were all unusually small, dried up, and cold. The biscuits were cold also. We had a very expensive very unsatisfying meal. We've never seen pieces of chicken this small, not fresh, and cold from Popeyes as we did with this "meal". Not a meal at all!

The gum Gum-Gum Fruit Lemonade was very fruity. I would've cut it with water cause it's very smack in your face but then again i don't really prefer juice. It's very good tho. I can see myself adding water or tea to it and it being a nice summer drink. The 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders weren't as bad as I thought. I was skeptical but it was crispy and juicy. I also had it with mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy was was very hot. So idk how I felt about that but it's it was pretty filling. It came super fast so idk if they had chicken and sides ready and waiting or if they had just made everything or if it really was that fast. But either way it's fast food so I'm not expecting gourmet. I ordered the Mango Lemonade for a coworker so I didn't taste it but I've heard good things about it.

The chicken was very old, rubbery like texture & the skin was soggy . The biscuit was almost rock hard and not even warm. The mashed potatoes were actually okay which is why they get 1 star. You can tell they keep food on the shelf longer than they are supposed to. You should not be paying almost $20 for one meal just for it to be disgusting especially from a restaurant. They dont give you an option to buy sauces on the side so i was not able to get any jelly, hot sauce nothing to mask the taste of the old food . This is my 3rd time ordering with Popeyes on doordash and all times I was very disappointed I'm not giving them any more chances . 0/10 recommend ordering Popeyes through Doordash because this is a restaurant where you have to thoroughly check each and every item before leaving the parking lot. Please save yourself the pain and don't order unless you are physically able to be there and make sure your order is exactly what youre paying for.

Every time I order through door dash everything is good. Don't have any complaints when order during the day
I don't like the fact that they don't give you the option to add hot sauce, jelly? Honey etc. I always have to ask my door dasher to ask for the condiments.
My orders are always good but today my large Mac came in 3 small containers. My biscuits came in the same container as my chicken and my order of fries look like they were just thrown in the bag. I'm assuming they ran out of certain containers because it's 40 minutes before closing time...or maybe because it was a door dash order they didn't care how it was sent off.
