We loved the tenders. Perfectly cooked. We'd never had Popeyes before, but might choose this over KFC in the future.

I wish I could post a picture of this $70.00 worth of dried tasteless chicken...sour smelling rice and beans....and meat not done...I am soooooo pissed...I will make my call about the people on shift on 03/03/2023 from 8pm to close....fire ALL OF THEM...disgusting and LITERALLY SICKENING FOOD.....REFUND ME MY MONEY ASAP

I got a 8Pc Signature Chicken family dinner. the chicken was terrible. so dry it could barely be eaten...and the legs were tiny and one of the breast wasn't even a full breast. I went early evening to avoid the times they usually serve dry chicken but this was the WORST I have EVER had it

Three of the five pieces of chicken barely had any meat. It was just all like hard fry batter and I got no dipping sauces not any that came with the order nor the extras I was charged for.

Couple pieces of chicken weren't done all the way they were very chewy texture was off. Chicken was OK. It's very inconsistent when I order from there especially the East Peoria one.
