I was called and spoke with an employee about them not having mashed potatoes due to being out of gravy. Okay, I understand and they offered to substitute Mac and Cheese. Well, the lids were upside down! I threw $20+ in the trash because I was scared to eat this "food"! The chicken sandwiches were sub par, and biscuits appeared old (under the heat lamp for hours?). I am an extremely frequent DD customer, but will never order from Popeyes again. 100% disappointed. Oh, I am from NOLA, Al Copeland is rolling over in his grave right now!

no napkins, no utensils were provided. For the mac and cheese to be an extra $1 i was disappointed in the quantity. the scoop was so small it slid around in the container. One of my pieces of chicken was a really tiny wing, both pieces did of course taste great. so was also a little, flat or something off.

Chicken was undercooked. The proper sticker was not put on the cup to seal it 100%. They literally put a ghost pepper sticker over the straw insert as if it prevented taking the whole lid off . Those
Precautions help not getting your drink spit in etc .

beyond bad. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just thrown in the bag covered in sauce and the sandwich didn't taste properly done and breading wasn't even attached to the meat. The Cajun Fries weren't done either.
