My order was fresh & delicious even though I got an avg. sized breast, lrg. thigh, & a sm. leg, it was still good. However, I didn't receive any condiments, as I like ketchup, hot sauce, salt, & pepper on my chicken & fries, & honey on my biscuits; I thought these were standard in every order. And, this location doesn't allow you to make order instructions, as I would've requested all the condiments. And my unsweetened tea had no ice, but atleast it was fairly cool.

I've ordered from this store many times but my 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo with fries was the best yet. I ordered 15 mins. before closing & I don't know if that made a difference or not, but my chicken was fresh, hot, delicious, not greasy, & definitely spicy. And they were all big pieces, too. Thank you & I'll definitely return in the near future. 🤠👍👍🤟✌️

the biscuits were hard like hockey pucks!! I received 15 packs of honey for 2 biscuits, a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo, boneless New! 6 Classic Boneless Wings, and a 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo, after asking for a couple. I received no napkins or straws for my order. Tasted like chicken was fried in old slightly burned grease. weird looking man and cheese, did not eat.

My food is always good here. 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo was fresh, hot and tasty. The only issue I have (as do many people as I have seen) is the biscuits are so dry that I typically cannot even eat one. If I do, I must take very tiny bites and drink with every bite - not appealing at all and quite disappointing considering the chicken and sides are always good.

So disappointed. The chicken was way over cooked and dried out. Very tough and stringy. The crust was so overcooked it tasted like burnt oil. I will be sure not to order from this location Again
