Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken joint out of any of the big names, by far, and the 2 locations nearest to me always give me the freshest juiciest and hottest portions, are very kind to me and are always generous with the amount of sauces they provide me. The Cajun Fries were hot, seasoned perfectly and fresh as always, along with the 8Pc Signature Chicken being super hot and juicy, and then the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy which is my favorite mashed potatoes and gravy over any of these other big name chicken places. Always a 10/10 can't wait to order again!

The chicken was old and over cooked. My popcorn shrimp was hard crumbled up pieces..the biscuits were also hard and dried out. They added two pieces of extra chicken thinking that would make it ok. Customer service tried to only give me 15 dollars back on a 54 dollar order. The only thing that was ok to eat was the mashed potatoes and macaroni

I ordered the 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo and it was perfection! Crunchy, meaty pieces, warm salty biscuit, best mashed potatoes with gravy among all the Chicken joints.

It was average at best and that's being generous unfortunately. I've been to other Popeyes that are way better and this place just surprised me by being the first I thought wasn't that great. The fries were fine, the biscuit was fine and most tenders were fine. However, I had one or two that were not fine. Was chewy and had me worried as you know that's not a good sign for chicken. I didn't eat those and threw them out. Now for the sauces, since it cost a little to get. The buttermilk ranch was horrible. I have no idea why, usually it's good at other places but this time here it was nasty to me. The blackened ranch on the other hand was way better, although more watery it seemed like. Odd, on both sauces either way. The new Truff spicy mayo was not for me at all, just nasty to me. I do not recommend that for sure. Overall, I'm not ordering again personally from this experience.

Did not receive biscuits and chicken tenders were over cooked. Mac and cheese was only 3/4 full. Have had issues with this location previously. I will drive to Popeye's close to me that I have never had a problem with.
