Hit or miss always with this location. Bisc were warm & fresh today so that was a nice surprise. Chicken New! 6 Classic Boneless Wings are hit or miss on sizes and amount of sauce. Today was ok not great not bad.

Food was soggy, rubbery and lacked flavor. Fries were burned to a crisp.

I ordered the 6 piece boneless wings on Monday it was great!! Tonight they were ok, not much sauce on them and much smaller boneless wings.

Just echoing many of the other reviews, I used to enjoy ordering from here, but now it is quite honestly a joke. They almost always screw up orders and take an unacceptable amount of time to do so. Maybe they are understaffed, maybe the employees don't care, maybe both. Either way, the management/ownership has to be absolutely garbage to allow this decline in quality. I wouldn't be surprised if this location were closer within a year. If you still want Popeyes, the location on Rt. 31 and Huntly Rd. is much higher quality and an overwhelmingly better experience.
