I was hesistant at first because I ordered before I read the reviews and they were bad but MY FOOD is soooooo good omggg. There was nothing missing and it was hot and the biscuits were cooked to perfection

Nothing festive about the family big box meal. Strips were 2-3 inches long and way overcooked. Rest of the bone-in chicken was dried out and consisted of 1 thigh and 3 wings. Wrong sauces. The sides & biscuits were good but overall, disappointing for the amount of $$ and wait.

Their fries are def good, but the size of the chicken on the chicken sandwich was a little disappointing. The Mac and cheese was lukewarm, smelled like dishwater, and seemed like it wasn't fresh at all. I dunno if I'd order again, but it wasn't as disappointing as Caine's at least.

The gravy on the mashed potatoes was basically water, there were only a couple actual pieces of shrimp. It was mostly just crunchy batter crumbs. And the frozen lemonade was not frozen

They gave me wayyyy more than 5, which was cool, but only 2 of them were edible. The others were fried so hard that they were un chewable.
