The fish sandwich was delicious. However, I ordered Mac N' Cheese and a blackberry pie but received an apple pie, mashed potatoes w/gravy and rice. I don't eat mashed potatoes and I do not like their rice, so I was not happy with their substitutions. Other than that, the food was really good.

I purchased from here specifically to order The Last Dab Sachet (which is paid for ,$6 worth) and received the incorrect sauce. One is in all yellow packaging and the other in all black and red - confusing right?
Secondly, I bought 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo x 2 for child and guests and I've literally seen potato crisps that were less dry.
This is the very very first time I've ever made a complaint for a restaurant. Even McDonald's doesn't mess up a dollar burger this bad.

Meal arrived later than expected because driver had additional order delivery prior to mine. That said, food was barely warm. Shrimp size was tiny as compared to my previous order in Jan 2023. Red bean and rice had way too much pork flavoring...over the top gross. I very very rarely leave a negative review, Popeyes is one of our favorite fast food joints but this meal was not up to their usual standard I'm sorry to say.

Food was cold when I got it. My chicken tenders were hard as a rock. My sandwich was burnt. They gave me Diet Coke instead on regular coke

Last time I ordered 36 nuggets, and the box was filled to the top. This time I ordered 48 and still only got one box, and the nuggets are almost all tiny. I don't just mean they weren't huge. I mean they are tiny. Itty bitty. Not cool, Popeyes. I paid extra for more chicken... not for more nuggets that are smaller, making it the same amount in weight as the 36 nuggets. Nobody wants an itty bitty little nugget, especially not a box full.
