re: 4Pc Signature Chicken
The (pickup) promo was TWO 4 pc boxes (8 pcs total) for $9.99.
I was given 1 box - the manager refused to give me my 2nd box. She told me that it was an app issue so I'd have to contact DoorDash. She was a bit flippant about it.
I've used this promo (delivery) and never had any trouble. I should not have had to take 20 minutes out of my night to contact DD about something that was so simple. Oh! I got that box of Chicken for free!
AND I was given apple pie (which I don't care for) instead of a Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

sandwich was literally half the piece of fish. and the fries were dumped in the bag. barely even in the package. and I asked for SWEET tea and got UNsweet. not sure who to blame for this but this is not the popeyes service I usually recieve so I'll give 3 stars. but I feel like it was still just one star service tonight.

I routinely order chicken from door dash and they always choose this particular restaurant to fill my order. The chicken strips are either undercooked and raw or taste like they have been under the hot lamps for a day. They almost stretch like rubber when being pulled apart. Yet a Popeyes restaurant that is actually closer in distance is never an option.

Used to love the garlic parm wings when it was an actual sauce! The rub is disgusting & tastes nothing like Parmesan or garlic. Just salt. Hated it if I would have paid attention to the change when ordering. I would have saved my money

I wish a little more gravy had been added to the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy. Only real negative was no straw for the beverage. Food was fresh, hot, and very good. One other small negative is this order showed to be a 2 for 1 deal, only a single order arrived.
