The butterfly shrimp were extremely overcooked. They were dark instead of golden, hard, and difficult to eat. The appearance and quality did not match what I expected from the advertised product. Very disappointed with this order.

I have not eaten popeyes chicken in a while, because it wasn't so tasty anymore. but, I had a taste for some, and ordered the 4Pc Signature Chicken and it was absolutely delicious, so juicy! I guess its the location lol

Paid extra for and additional drink and fries that I did not receive. Additionally the 4 piece meal did not include anything other legs and wings. I would expect to have a breast as well.
Would not order from there again.
