You gave me an 8 piece meal instead of 12 and you didn't give me the 6 biscuits. You charged me for a shrimp meal and you didn't have shrimp. I paid over $100 and received $60 worth.

Love the chicken, always good, but Popeyes consistently forgets something on the order. Most recently, the biscuit was not included. This may be a staff/ training issue as it happened in both Foley AL and Canton, MS.

chicken sandwiches barely had chicken. it was like they cut what was supposed to be on a sandwich in half and tried to serve that. i guess the buy one get one free meant they split a breast in half and made 2 sandwiches. All bun. No chicken. and the sides were cold. Very disappointed with this order and this store. Will not order again from here!

Chicken was not fresh AT ALL! Red beans & rice was cold and container was barely half full. The drink was the best part of the meal sadly.
