Two portions with a cold drink make a nice combo. But later, customer service resolved the issue. Overall, it turned out to be a pretty good day.”

The buy-one-get-one-free spicy wings were pretty good — each wing was quite large, and pairing them with the buttermilk ranch sauce made them even better. One order of six was enough to fill me up. The 3-piece fried chicken was on the smaller side, and it felt like it had been sitting out too long, making it a bit too hard — not great. The red beans and rice, though, were quite nice. Last one thing, Sweet tea is too sweet!!!

I saw a BOGO deal on the chicken sandwich at Popeyes, along with a 3-piece spicy chicken combo, so it seemed like a great value. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as expected.
They actually forgot to include the chicken sandwich in my order, which was really frustrating. On top of that, I have to say the fried chicken itself was a bit disappointing — the meat was quite dry, and while the skin was very crispy, the overall texture just felt average.
Compared to Church’s Chicken, I personally think the flavor and juiciness don’t measure up. Definitely a bit of a letdown this time.

It’s been a while since I’ve had the Popeyes fried chicken sandwich with the BOGO deal, and this time the promo was pretty nice — you could get delivery just by ordering the buy-one-get-one sandwiches, with no minimum spend required.
However, the fried chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, or maybe it was deep-fried for too long, because the outer crust was a bit too hard. The original mayo sauce was also too little, making the sandwich feel a bit dry.
Hopefully next time it will be improved. Thanks!

Their new “Hot One” bundle looked pretty tempting, and spending $15 to get a free fried chicken sandwich was a nice deal. But when my delivery arrived, it was missing an item — the Dippers (kind of like chicken strips). On the bright side, the new Rojo Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich was actually really good — crispy chicken with a unique spicy sauce that hit the spot. The Ghost Pepper Wings weren’t super spicy, but paired with their signature buttermilk sauce, they were delicious. Overall, the new items are solid. Hopefully next time, nothing will be missing from my order!
