Had to have a redelivery because instead of two orders 18 piece wings they sent me a one 6 piece. I received second delivery and wings were tasty. Thank you

I was disappointed with my order. The spicy chicken sandwich barely had any spicy sauce, and one of the sandwiches had a very small chicken breast. I also paid for two ranch sauces, but neither was included with my order. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations.

So this is the third time I've ordered the popcorn shrimp and it's come to me in a small container. The container of shrimp isn't even 113 grams which is a 1/4th of a pound. It's 87 WITH the container. Pretty disappointing they never have tartar sauce either. Way too small of a portion and false advertisement for $12.

Ordered a 12 pcs. and received only 6 pcs. As you can see from the photo, the chicken was burned. The rest of the order (fries & biscuits) were all cold. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We ordered tenders with red beans and rice as our side item. The food arrived on time but everything we ordered was cold. The red beans and rice were watery and flavorless, the tenders were tiny compared to other places, cool to the touch and a couple of them had a spongy texture. We have never experienced this poor quality from Popeye's and will think twice before ordering again.
