never seen such a small chicken pieces and so, so dry. Bad value compared to other chicken places

The quality of the food is good, although I would never recommend ordering the handcrafted tenders. They're smaller than my pinkie. Otherwise everything else is good.

The 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo with mashed potatoes was good and the fried pickles were crispy, but the store did not give me a fork or napkin (again!) and forgot my ranch for the pickles. This location needs to do better training.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich is usually a delicious fried chicken breast sandwich, but this time it was a chicken sandwich made with chicken tenders, and I have to say it was very disappointing.

Always great - Classic Chicken Sandwich around! I also ordered the 8 fried shrimp (side) and was surprised at how good they are for take-out.
