I spent money to upgrade my combo to a large, including the drink. Got a small combo and no drink. So I got my $12 worth for the $19 I spent

Not what I'm used to from Popeye's. The wings, legs and breasts were very dry. The bread for the chicken sandwich was a wet mess.

I placed an order that was over $50 including the tip. I did get the 4pc Butterfly Shrimp & 2pc Tenders Combo & all I did not receive any French fries with the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich Combo. This is starting to be ridiculous that my orders are not being delivered to my liking & the service is unsatisfactory.

The chicken was dry leftover pieces. I ordered 16pc meal and received a box with 10 thighs, 2 breast, 2 wings, 1 leg. Highly disappointed
