The cookie was delicious gooey and warm, the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were fluffy, zesty, and hot goodness, and finally my Spicy Chicken Sandwiches were mostly good.

Popeyes at this Montebello location continues to disappoint. The chicken quality is inconsistent. Some pieces seem fresh, but others look old and have clearly been sitting for too long. For a busy location in the city, I expected better consistency and quality control. Hopefully management addresses this because it has been a recurring issue.
