Food was good, the order was accurate, the chicken was cooked hot and fresh. Everything was very good

3Pc Signature Chicken Combo incorrect drink, biscuit thrown in a bag not even wrapped up, hard as brick, chicken cold over fried or been sitting under heat lamp too long. Red beans and rice cold. Poor quality for the price POPEYES

8 piece chicken for $31-32.99 was spicy as requested ,taste was good though it was room temp. Biscuit was good and warm. The mashed potatoes with cajun gravy,however, were pure liquified and piping hot , whicb was a good thing but after allowing them to cool o room temp they were still liquid in a cup with gravy(which I wouldv'e preferred on the side) Someone ruined the ratio. I started to get mac and cheese. I was highly upset that I had to throw the entire large cup in the trash.

I was charge extra for the Mac a Roni and cheese large five dollars and change and I got one and a half serving. The large container was about half full. The bottom portion of the container is narrow and then spread out wider acid. Reach the top.

Chicken is so small...I could fit all 3 pieces in one hand(female). I didnt get my tea at all and the 5 dollar cheesecake was missing. The bag was not secure at all and I could tell it had been rummaged through. To top it all off...the order was late,lol. I called them directly and was told to call door dash......22 dollars for a 3 piece meal!
