I'm not sure if they got a new crew.. but RECENTLY... their food has tasted so good. The Macn cheese was fire! Chicken perfectly crispy!!

the red beans and rice were runny and rice wasn't tender. my order looked like they rushed and cooked it at the last minute. all of the food lacked Popeyes normal quality. Complete waste of money. And the chicken could have cooked longer, it barely made it.

Chicken was very greasy and tasted old. Our biscuits were missing from our order. The Cajun fries were very greasy and they looked and tasted awful and no one ate
them. I paid an extra $6.00 for fries we couldn't eat. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, as well as the coleslaw. It gets old that every time we have ordered, an item is missing. The quality of chicken has declined.

4Pc Signature Chicken was good, chicken was cooked right and seasoned well. Cane Sweeeet Tea was terrible, tasted like it sat all day, took one sip and dumped it.

The chicken was tasty but When you pay $50.00 to get a 12 piece meal and 7 pieces of the 12 pieces are legs its a little upsetting. Then I get the pick receipt and it says I got 3 of everything. I got 3 of nothing. I received 7 legs. 1 wing, 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Not happy.
