I'm not sure if they got a new crew.. but RECENTLY... their food has tasted so good. The Macn cheese was fire! Chicken perfectly crispy!!

Chicken was very greasy and tasted old. Our biscuits were missing from our order. The Cajun fries were very greasy and they looked and tasted awful and no one ate
them. I paid an extra $6.00 for fries we couldn't eat. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, as well as the coleslaw. It gets old that every time we have ordered, an item is missing. The quality of chicken has declined.

We order spicy chicken it was not,we order a Frozen Strawberry Premium Lemonade and did not receive it and the fries were old and cold. Not good service all around especially for how much it cost. The driver could care less.

The chicken was tasty but When you pay $50.00 to get a 12 piece meal and 7 pieces of the 12 pieces are legs its a little upsetting. Then I get the pick receipt and it says I got 3 of everything. I got 3 of nothing. I received 7 legs. 1 wing, 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Not happy.

I took advantage of the BOGO Classic Chicken Sandwich deal. Both sandwiches had obviously been sitting for a while. The bun were hard around the edges and the chicken was a little dry. I ordered them around 7pm. Probably best to order these around meal times to get fresh sandwiches. Also, it's my first time trying Popeyes fries. Online reviews said they get cold fast. They weren't kidding!! And they are not good at all cold. It will probably be a while before I order from here again.
