OMG!!! I called and spoke with Marissa. I told her who I was and asked what she had coming up fresh. She told me mild and I asked her if I could get that even though I had asked for spicy. She said yes and it was delivered to us HOT. Thank you Marissa and Mr. Kato(hope that's spelled right) they are the BEST. If I call and they are NOT there I will order from somewhere else. I just APPRECIATE them.

6 Classic Bone-In Wings were very very well packaged inside the bag which is usually one thing I don't pay attention to, but other then that they were also really good! Still crispy fresh and the portion size was perfect. I definitely will orer this many times more.

I was disappointed again.I know they work hard. If I'm paying you to complete my order...like anyone else I would like to receive my food fresh and hot. I don't like paying $50 for a half and half with sides and when it arrives...The chicken appeared to be refried...it was hard no flavor just horrible. So, we decided to order wings from Mom's Seafood... they were fresh and hot. I love my Popeyes next time I order I will call as always(forgot this time...lol) and request hot and fresh. I appreciate ALL of them for their hard work.

To start, I love Popeyes and I usually order the same thing everytime (first time getting it dashed) however I decided to get the 6 Classic Boneless Wings since they were BOGO Free, and that was not a wise decision. The chicken was either overcooked or reheated a few times. I can't explain what the sauce is they use, (I ordered the signature hot) it really has no flavor but has a horrible texture I can put into words except not edible. It was very oily and gritty. I was able to get 2 pieces down then had to call it quits. Everything else was pretty good. Aside from not getting the correct drink or Dipping Sauces that I paid extra for but that is pretty common unfortunately. Driver was good and communicated very well.

the chicken sandwich was dry, the bun was stale, not fresh at all, the fries were surprisingly good and they gave me a good amount but by far the worst Popeyes I've had yet...
