The customer service is great and chicken is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I appreciate the team who is behind the goodness I experience every time.

This is supposed to be BEANS and rice
I've been eating Popeyes chicken since I was 25 years old
I always had more beans than rice
I don't know what's wrong with this company but beans and rice means I should have more beans than rice

I only received 4 pieces of chicken which was suppose to be special 2 for price of one. I find that to be poor customer service and false advertisement. This is not first time that has happened.

Consistently I have ordered from Popeyes and the chicken is good but the sides are awful or I don't get what I ordered. My order today had red beans and rice with no juice in them and about 10 red beans in it.
