Ordered spicy sandwich they didn't have fillets and that was fine to be replaced however only 2 strips were used and they were very small and they forgot the ranch for the fried pickles and forgot the biscuit ordered. They said they would add an extra side for the inconvenience of being out of fillets but they did not add that either. Probably won't order again. Food quality was ok but chicken was not fried enough maybe because it was close to closing time?

I ordered before closing time so I guess that's why all the food was old / reheated. Could barely bite through the fries, and my drips were so dried out!

The chicken sandwich was good and crispy. The mac and cheese was bad. No crisp and the melted cheese felt like rubber.

food tasted great. quality was fine. just disappointed with the microscopic size of the chicken pieces. charge double and cut size in half. not popeyes fault. just an observation.
