Chicken was amazing! So glad they have the classic now without the spice.

Normally Their chicken sandwich is amazing. This time the meat was tough, the breading fell off and was just stuffed into the bun and the bun was soggy. Disappointing. I know they can do better.

My chicken & biscuits are great. My order of fried pickles are not. They are old & very hard. The portion is small. I order from hete in person often so I know what the quality & quantity should be like.

Restaurant was willing this time to substitue something they were out of, compared to the last time were they didn't try and just said they couldn't. This is the 2nd time ordering fries where they were very dry & tasteless. The drink I ordered was flat & tasteless as well, no carbonation whatsoever & couldn't even get a slight taste or smell of what soda it was supposed to be.

Terrible service. Ordered the 6 piece tender meal deal for 2, they did not give us either of the sides or either of the dipping sauces. Also ordered the buy one get one chicken sandwich and they gave us a chicken patty with bones in it.
