The food is always great; we love the mashed potatoes and gravy. The last two times we ordered the eight piece meal, though, we got 4 wings but didn't get thighs.

The past 4 times iv ordered they have forgotten at least one item and the rest of the food is most bland mediocre chicken like it just sits in the heater for the past 5 hours
