The chicken was great got a 12 pc and 8 nuggets. Was horribly surprised no biscuits. Was not happy about the no biscuits thing.

My food is cold! The chicken looks like its been sitting all day. Gave me 2 tiny wings instead of the leg. I won't do that again.

the Mac and cheese had approximately 6 noodles and the rest was just cheese. I love cheese as much as the next person but interesting approach. bunch of side items messed up or missing.

The store was incredibly rude to our driver while she was just trying to make sure the order was correct. AND, we ended up paying for fries that we did not receive as well as a last minute change to the boneless wings (had to sub for classic because they were out of signature hot) and missing the correct dipping sauces. The only good thing about this entire order was our driver.

Our 12 pc mix 12 Mix & Match Wings were very disappointing. We ordered boneless in two flavors but received 12 bone in naked wings. Additionally, our dasher called from the store because we ordered coleslaw and it was unavailable. It was extremely disappointing
