Quality of the chicken is very good. The sandwiches are exceptional when you consider the size of the meat that's included. Mayo, cheese and pickle are included. I only wish the bun was larger to accommodate the size of the fillet inside and would like more than one pickle.

There was a 24 piece chicken meal for $11.99 and you guys didn't honor that with me. That would've been eight pieces of chicken for 11.99, but you only made me four pieces of chicken and DoorDash wooden credit.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich is always good and hot. Their chicken is good and flavorful. Apparently, making sure every order is missing a key item is a Popeyes signature. I've ordered from this location 3xs now on DoorDash. I can't rate the 5Pc Tenders because they are notoriously missing. Even if you go in person. Even if you go to another Popeyes location... you will always miss something from your original order. This is a prime example of having a good product but, bad customer service in 2026.

Chicken was old/over cooked. Looked like spice and grease tasted old. This is normally a good popeyes
