I wish I would do something in-between the thumbs up and down. The food from our Popeyes is fantastic. The unfortunate thing is that they quite often send incorrect items or miss putting things in your bag. They also cancel orders often if they close early or if they run out of chickn. And THAT happens a lot for a chicken place. The portion sizes are hit and miss. This last order the chicken was piping hot, fresh, HUGE pieces, but paying $8 for a large family fry that they USED to pack FULL in a box, now was less than a McDs large fry. (We checked beause another person in our party got exactly that)

Tighten up on the fries heat & these shrimps quality (& slightly shrimps quantity but more so quality) next time but other than that, everything else was straight, no lie, sandwiches was good to great, the Mac & Cheese & the Cheesecake are bussingly delicious, I ain't gone speak on the sauces cause I really only eat Honey Mustard or BBQ or Ranch or Blue Cheese anyway & was given a fair amount of the first, would've been 5 stars like I said if not for the fries & shrimp & I ordered round 7 way before closing time so but, anyway no worries still satisfied & still happy, thank you 💯

There was hardly any beans in the beans and rice. The chicken was old and hard and the Diet Coke was watered down.

Fast, accurate, hot, cutlery, napkins, and some extra little things. Springfield Popeyes is pretty good rn!

the chicken doesn't have ANY taste whatsoever!!!! the fries was cold and stale. and then chicken wings... girl the chicken wings wasn't even half of a chicken wing. it's true what they say. Popeyes is over with. I'm over it. don't eat here! just because it looks good doesn't mean it is. be warned.
