chicken was cooked in old grease, and biscuits were doughy. I expect fresh food for the price that I pay and for the length of time it took for it to be cooked and delivered to me. very disappointed.

Mixed chicken 8 PC box - The chicken was SO double fired & the batter was SO HARD - it made it nearly impossible to BITE into without breaking my TEETH! Worst $44.00 I ever spent on food I couldn't chew & tasted that BAD! NEVER AGAIN!

Honey BBQ wings didnt have enough sauce on them. I was missing sauce on the side as well as ranch dipping sauce. No plastic wear to eat with nor did ihave any napkins. Dasher was waiting on food and food temp was cold

The food was cold. They got our order wrong so we had to go to the store to pick it up when we requested delivery. They stated they were out of spicy chicken so they gave us a small leg and thigh in order when we requested white meat
