First time ordering from Poppo's. Overall everything tasted great. The food arrived warm, and was delivered to me very quickly. I am not sure if my order was mixed up with another, as I got brown rice and carnitas instead of white rice with chicken. Despite the errors, it was delicious. The biggest disappointment was the 1/2 order of chips. The chips were very tasty, but had a total of only 9 chips in the bag. Pretty paltry.
I'll give them another chance because the food did taste great. Hoping the chip order was a one off.

Good guacamole. Buuuuut, the size of the bowl looks like what you'd serve a 3 y/o. Kind of painful when you're hungry and just spent $12 on a bowl. I took a photo just so I could show my friends and make them laugh. Won't be ordering from them again

Rice was awful. Hardly any salt. The quesadilla BUILD YOUR OWN QUESADILLA was unevenly cooked. Chicken hadreat flavor BUT there was ONE tablespoon of meat in the entire thing. Everything else was guacamole, sour cream, red onions, and salsa. Chips were very hard, too thick so they fried overly hard. Salsa was bland and under seasoned. Fresh cilantro can't make up for under under-seasoned tomatoes. Myhusband's BUILD YOUR OWN BURRITO was cold and small. we paid for extra meat and it certainly didn't look like it. Over all HIGHLY disappointing.

Baby burrito did not come with rice even though its description said your choice of rice. Baby burrito was also for a size of a literal baby and it cost more than 6 dollars. No option to order a regular burrito. Even two baby burritos do not equal the size of what the regular burrito used to be.

Street tacos were incredibly small for the price. Bowl was good. It looked like they basically threw the food in the bag. No napkins or utensils to eat our food with even though we specifically asked for them. Also missing sour cream and salsa. Would not order from here again.
