Went back and got some extra caramel apple cream cheese. The caramel is blended not folded so it just made it a little sweeter and creamier. Bagels and cream cheese freeze/thaw very well. It's only me so I freeze them all the time. So many rotating menus so I just get what I like and freeze. Not a big salt fan but the bagels were really not that salty. Definitely not pretzel salty which I stay away from. Basically they have achieved just the right balance with everything. I am not a trendy person so I maintained an open mind, and they really do earn their spot in the bagel/schmear industry.

This is my second batch. I bought the day after opening and then again today. They are definitely bagels. I have read reviews about them being more like round baguettes. They're not a big and dense as a NYC original but they have a good bark/crust and chewy on the inside. I sliced and schmear like a regular old* person. Lol. But they have good tear and resistance that you want from a bagel. Size is perfect as I struggled to finish a regular NyC bagel. They're cream cheeses are so goid and have great consistency. Tastes fresh dairy in regular. Got the carnation apple today and it's heavenly. Definitely getting extras of that for the freezer. That one is a must try with the salt bagel... super yum.

Bagels were on smaller than usual size. Chocolate stout schmear was heavy on chocolate; didn't get the bitter stout flavor. The caramel apple had good caramel flavor but still knew it was cream cheese. This was more like a dessert chocolate spread. Probably would have been better to do chocolate swirl as chocolate overtakes everything it pairs with when solid like this. Bagels arrived hot and fresh and chocolate schmear paired well with the salt bagel.
