These bagels live up to the hype! Great texture without being too heavy. I ordered the everything bagel with Monty's vegan scallion cream cheese (I have a dairy sensitivity) and it is hands-down the best dairy-free cream cheese I have ever had. It's a little pricey but worth every penny - plus, they send you an entire container of it so there's plenty for more than one bagel. We will absolutely be cal for more!
