From another persons review I almost did not order from here... this was delicious the brisket was NOT dry it was tender and seasoned well and its true about the baked beans they are amazing not at all what I expected short ribs were tender and seasoned well . The Mac and cheese which is made with goudawas a good texture and amount of creaminess combined well with the beans and meat. All in all blown away. Amazing bbq!

Pulled Pork Special w/Drink and Mom's Molasses Bars were both delicious! It made almost three meals!!! I am disappointed about the new delivery charge though. This was not included in many orders in the past.

Super disappointing. Prime Grade Beef Brisket was dry and over cooked. They forgot to include the Coleslaw. St. Louis Ribs were all over the place, some way over, some tough.
This is the most premium / expensive bbq in the Tri-Cities and every single time there is something messed up / forgotten / or overcooked.
Do better please.

this was so delicious. I forgot to take a picture beforehand. but let me tell you, there is nothing left. NOTHING. So delicious. highly recommend. the Mac and cheese BABY. CREAMY, SEASONED. The Cole slaw had that vinegar bite I love. THE BRISKET WAS SO JUICY AND TENDER. And last but not least, the icing on the cake... the Banana pudding is what my 10 year old would call, 'BUSSIN'. This was so delicious and even the sauces were to die for. 100/100. lol. if you "hungry hungry" and want something that won't miss, Order Porters.

Gouda Mac & Cheese is small and not that great. Brisket is really good but 1/3 lb is only 2 pieces. Not worth $12.
