Ordered a combo, fries and grilled chicken breast sandwich. Worst food ever received from portillo's. Combo was super salty! They added salt to the sausage! Chicken breast was dry and terrible quality. Very disappointed..

I don't know who was on the grill tonight but that Cheeseburger was FIRE!!! So much FLAVOR paired with a small fry and Coke :) YUMMM!

Sad to say I would have preferred grocery store cake to this. I also was disappointed with the hotdogs for similar reasons to the cake.

they messed up the chicken tenders. like not the order but they changed the recipe.
the breading is now dark black and super hard n crispy. before it was a more light color and more of a softer breading. i don't know why they changed it but personally i don't like it

Ordered double Bacon Cheeseburger . Came with no bacon. Also came with pickles when according to the description there is not supposed to be any. Don't eat pickles so I didn't enjoy the burger. Also ordered Chicken Tenders with honey mustard. No honey mustard in the bag. Has happened before. Very disappointed with this many mistakes and had to pay almost 40$ for it.
